Nancy Levine, MBA is a realtor with Bennion Deville Homes and serves as a Business Operations Manager for The Girlfriend Factor, which provides renewable educational grants and emotional support to adult women. She has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing including as a Senior VP at United Missouri Bank in both Kansas City, MO and San Mateo, CA. She has been on Temple Sinai’s Board of Directors and President of the National Charity League’s Coachella Valley Chapter.

Doran Veiner owned and operated a chain of retail and industrial supply stores in Canada for over 30 years specializing in marketing and system controls. He served on the board of the Calgary Jewish Community Center and was division chairman for Calgary United Jewish Appeal (Federation). He has worked as a database manager for a variety of non-profits and has written grant applications for JFS. Doran and his wife emigrated to the United States in 2010 and became US citizens in 2017.

Lois Gold, MSW was in private practice as a family therapist, mediator, and trainer in conflict resolution in Portland, Oregon for 40 years. She founded the first divorce mediation service in Oregon in 1980 and was involved in the pioneering efforts in the field of family mediation nationally. She was the President of the National Academy of Family Mediation and on the board of other professional. She has published numerous articles in the area of divorce and written the books Between Love and Hate: a Guide to Civilized Divorce, which was revised and updated in 2009 and titled The Healthy Divorce and is also the author of The Sacred Wound: Healing from the Death of a Child.

Not Pictured: Oscar Armijo, CPA and his wife Luisa were instrumental in forming the first free clinic, which is now Clinica De Salud del Pueblo in the East Valley. Then, continued their work with the Torres Martinez Tribe creating a library on the Reservation and promoting educational opportunities. His board memberships have included: EOPS, College of the Desert, CAL Parents UC Berkeley, Palm Desert Recreation Facility Corporation and The Body of Christ Church on the Torres Martinez Reservation. Oscar mentors East Valley youth helping them with high school and college admissions and scholarships.
